Terms of Use

You must be 18+ to commission me. Payments will be upfront via invoice. All prices are in Euros.
Visual references and examples are required. I'll reserve the right to refuse a commission without explaining why.Upon claiming a slot position I will contact you with the commission form for you to fill out.
Please do so within 24 hours of claiming the slot or it will be voided. I require visual references of characters in color.I will not work off of descriptions alone.
Depending on your order in the slot queue you will receive a rough sketch of your request to be confirmed.
You will receive WIP images of your commission at the landmark points of finished sketch, line-art, base colors, and final shading.
More WIP shots might be offered in trying to resolve issues with the image.
The final piece will be linked to you through Google Drive. You must save these files on your own drive.
I take no responsibility for the loss of a file due to a changed link after the initial send.All commissions will have a WIP sent to you to confirm before moving to the next stage. You must request edits within their appropriate stage, i.e.: “Please change the hair” must happen in the sketch stage and “Please change the color” in the flat-color stage. I try to be accommodating to edits but too many will incur a fee.
If you wait until the piece is fully shaded to ask for a change that should have been covered in the inking stage, I may not do it. You have a responsibility to your half of the process.I, as the artist, have the right to upload your finished commission into my art galleries and use the piece for future examples or resumes. Similarly, I hold the right to not post an image to my gallery if I deem it ill-fitted to my usual content. If you wish for your piece to be withheld from my galleries then please let me know ahead of time. I own the copyright of the work itself, not including your characters, and can use the work for future projects. You, as the commissioner, have the right to upload your finished commission in your art galleries as long as you give credit and link back to my gallery.An additional fee will be requested for temporarily (50% of the original price) partial (100% of the original price) and total copyright transfer (200% of the original price).Payment is due upon confirmation that your commission is accepted. If after 24 hours, payment is not made or previously discussed, the commission is void. I will require your email in order to invoice you for the amount agreed upon. Payment must be completed before I start work.Tips are not necessary but always appreciated!
